Our desire at Lake City Medical Center Medical is to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Please bring with you any information or paperwork given to you by your physician. Copies of advanced directives, living wills, powers of attorney that you provide will be placed in your medical record. All information obtained during your hospitalization will be held in strict confidence.

Your Medical Care: Your complete medical care is under the direction and supervision of your physician, who is a member of the hospital medical staff. It is your physician who determines what diagnostic tests you will need, whether or not you require x-rays, therapy or medication and what food you can eat.
