For more than 50 years, Lake City Medical Center has provided medical care to this community - the home to our patients, our staff and our physicians. In 1999, we opened a $33 million replacement facility. But a new building is not the only thing we have accomplished. For the ninth consecutive year, we were voted "Best Hospital" by readers of our local newspaper, "The Lake City Reporter." In addition, we continue to receive high patient satisfaction on surveys of our hospital conducted by the Gallup Company.
